Staffing Fees

$250 — 1 wait staff for BYO food

Each additional hour $62.50.
Requirements for BYO clients
A $100 surcharge applies which includes plates, cutlery, cups, utensils, serviettes and serving equipment. For clients who can arrange to bring these items themselves, this surcharge can be waived.
BYO food must be substantial; the vessel will not leave the wharf without food, unless organised prior that no food is required.
Please note for BYO drinks charters — Client must provide ample ice for their drinks, or ice can be arranged at $6 per bag. Tubs provided.
